Payments & Insurance Payment for office visits and procedures is required at the time of treatment. Cosmetic surgery is rarely, if ever, covered by private insurance. Because of that, we are affiliated with a financing institution and also accept most major credit cards. Dr. Chavis also participates with Workers' Compensation for treatment of acute and chronic upper extremity injuries from the elbow to the fingertips.
